9 months!

Rilynn turned 9 months on Friday, June 19th and we finally decided that it was time for the big girl bath tub. Here are a few pictures of Rilynn enjoying the space and toys that came with the larger tub!

Grant's Farm

As stated on the Grant's Farm website:

Grant's Farm is a 281-acre piece of land that is owned and operated by Anheuser-Busch and is located just south of downtown St Louis. The farm is home to more than 1,000 animals representing more than 100 different species from six continents. Grant's Farm takes its name from our 18th President of the United States, Ulysses S Grant. In the 1850's, Grant founded and farmed a portion of the 281 acres. Today, the land is home to Grant's Farm and is preserved as a living symbol of the Busch family's love for animals and Anheuser-Busch's commitment to wildlife conservation and preservation.

On Sunday, June 14th, Matt and I took Rilynn to see the animals at Grant's Farm. She really enjoyed the trolley ride and getting to pet so many of the animals. Here are quite a few pictures of our trip to Grant's Farm.

Looking at the cows, bulls, longhorns & yaks while on the trolley. While also on the trolley we saw wild mustangs, zebras, buffalo, bison, wild turkeys, sheep, antelopes, and a variety of different types of deer.

In the Tier Garten we got to pet the pygmy goats and see tortoises, elephants, bald eagles, lemurs, kangaroos, iguanas, and a variety of colorful birds.

Petting the mini horse before heading the the stables.

And last but not least, we went to the stables to pet the world famous Clydesdales.

Rilynn really enjoyed seeing and petting all of the animals!

A whirlwind June...

I realize that we are a little behind on postings so I am just going to add some pictures with captions to sum up the first half of June. Enjoy!

First visit to the pool

Sorry for the long overdue posts, I will attempt to catch everyone up now...

On Saturday, May 23rd our neighborhood pool opened for the summer. Matt and I took Rilynn down for her first visit to the pool. She was not sure of the pool at first, but loved it after only a few minutes. Here are some pictures as well as a video of her first trip to the pool.
